NorthSteppe Realty is currently interviewing for leasing agent positions.

The permanent part time position offers flexible scheduling around class schedules. We are looking to hire someone who would be available for at least 15 hours a week and is able to make at least a one year commitment. The right candidate will be able to start in the next 30 days and work through the summer months.

No experience in leasing is necessary but an interest in real estate is preferred. The right applicant must be able to multitask and be organized in a busy environment along with ability to work some weekends. One must have and maintain a valid driver’s license along with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones/emails and greeting customers 
• Driving to properties to give showings to potential tenants
• Assisting in completing rental applications and lease agreements
• Miscellaneous clerical duties
